Yes the foot print is not there but some of them are getting it. Some cardsharing members are getting True Vision too.
Horizontal beams are possible with 4 feet offset dish
in last year i got my 8 feet dish &universal lnbf technosat reciver thicom ku free true vision
at leas 20 thai channels
I get True Vision (Thaicom 5 - Ku) with my 6ft prime focus dish.

I got 2 feet DD dish for ku band.is it possible to get thaicom ku with this?
No. 2 feet dish is not enough as Sri Lanka is out of the footprint.

As kav4 said he can get it from Sri Lanka, So yes you can get Thaicom5 ku in South India.
I get it with 6 feet dish
