I bought a eurogold receiver from cintas 4 months ago now the recevier suddenly switches off by itself while watching is there any remedy. and i have a openbox s10 but cannot get the software upgrade OTA

i bought a videocon hd dth rx from india when i connected it it worked for about 10 seconds and picture became still and screen turned pink.
i tried in 3 tv sets and tried changing cables from hdmi i tried composite A/V cable and i did factory reset and power off from the plug and switching on result the same.
is there any solution???????????
